Join Kristina for monthly events that celebrate the powerful moon. Sunset gatherings that melt into luminous moonlit meditations. Seasonally we add hikes and beach sessions. Gentle yoga practices along with energetic meditative practices—an immersive experience blending nature, movement, and sound. Each session includes herbal teas, small refreshments, gifts and connection to community under the stars. Designed to ground the body and uplift the spirit, these gatherings offer a sacred pause in everyday life..

Full Moon Yin + Guided Meditation
Sunday, May 31st we gather for the Blue Moon. This is a special event; blue moons only occur when there are two full moons in a single month. Our moon in Sagittarius will illuminate the sky, inspiring heightened awareness and sudden perspective.
Our Soundbath this moon will feature Love Keyyz and her beautiful harp. We are excited to have her with us again, and hope you have the chance to hear her amazing music carry through the canyon and to the heavens.
Donation event; limited spaces available. Doors open at 7pm - come early, sip herbal tea, enjoy snacks, conversation and a spectacular sunset. Practice begins at 7:30pm. Address and details provided with reservation confirmation.
